The Mercedes-Benz technician here, Roger Wilson, has many  years main dealer experience and a wall of framed certificates of courses passed on all types of Mercedes-Benz cars. His workshop has all the latest diagnostic equipment including air conditioning repair kit. It is as clean and tidy as any I have seen.

My E320 CDI was plugged into his equipment, fault codes erased, its air conditioning re-gassed, tested and a report issued – all for less than half main dealer price.

A bonus was that I could talk to the man who did the job!
